Entertaining the Sickies

Can they look any more pitiful? Eric just said pitiful isn't exactly the kindest word, but he's not above using it when kitchen dishes need to be washed.

Thank heavens for movies at the doctors. My main question, though, is why not have them in the rooms, too? It would be much more convenient, in my humble (and experienced) opinion. We survived the three-on-one doctor's visit, much to my surprise. No one fell off the table, we left all of the doctor's tools mostly intact, we took lots of pictures of the doctor's office (which would be really handy for them in case they ever have a flood and need to prove to the insurance companies what they own), and Caelan only had to be physically restrained once (thank heavens for the double stroller).

The doctor complimented me on keeping my cool, but didn't offer me any discounts for frequent customer. Evidently, she's not too keen on having a repeat visit soon.

Connor has learned to love the fish. It's a great mother-son date; I highly recommend it.

Caelan deciding that if we have fish, we must need a boat. He persuaded me to get on with him (don't laugh too hard), but I couldn't manage a picture and remain upright.

We have such boys. When all else fails, get out the painter's tape race track. Works like a charm.
